Summer
Prices per day per apartment for an occupancy of 6 persons excl. Local tax.
Additional price per each additional person Euro 40,- per day.
Children up to 6 years free of charge!
Including daily cleaning service until 1.00 pm.
Including one underground parking space in the Angergarage (additional parking space in front of the house Euro 10,00 per day).
On the day of arrival our apartments are available from 4.00 pm.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your apartment by 10:00 am.
The tourist tax of € 5.09 per person and night (from 14 years) is not included in the price, but must be paid separately on departure.
Further information:
Dogs per day without food € 23,-.
Please understand that no compensation is possible for early departures.
Cancellation conditions:
Up to 3 months before arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus a processing fee of 100 euros.
From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 70% of the travel price.
From 1 month before arrival, in the event of late arrival or early departure, the cancellation fee is 100%.
We recommend a travel cancellation insurance!
If something comes up despite all the vacation fun, it’s good to be prepared. To avoid costs and hassle in the event of cancellation or early departure, but also for more security during your vacation in Austria, we recommend taking out Hotel Cancellation Plus (incl. helicopter rescue) or the even more comprehensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance (incl. accident benefit package), which you can easily take out online here:
