Prices per day per apartment for occupancy from two to six persons excl. local tax.
Additional price per each additional person Euro 50,- per day.
Children up to 6 years free of charge!
Includes daily cleaning service without kitchen until 12:30.
Including one underground parking space in the Angergarage.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- Daily bread roll service – on request we will be happy to hang a rich selection of bread on your apartment door in the morning (extra charge)
- Breakfast items – we also have a selection of breakfast items in house for you! (extra charge)
- Ski pass – sale in the house
- Parking space in front of the house costs Euro 20,00 per day
On the day of arrival our apartments are available from 16:00.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your apartment by 10:00 am.
The tourist tax of € 4,60 per person per night (from 14 years) is not included in the price, but must be paid separately directly on departure.

Please understand that in case of early departure no compensation is possible.
Cancellation conditions:
Up to 3 month before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
From 3 month to 1 month before arrival the cancellation fee is 40%.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 80%.
In case of cancellation within one week before arrival we charge 100%.
We recommend a travel cancellation insurance!
If something comes up despite all the vacation fun, it’s good to have provisions in place. To avoid costs and hassle in the event of cancellation or premature departure, but also for more safety on your Austrian vacation, we recommend taking out the Hotel Cancellation Plus (incl. helicopter rescue) or the even more comprehensive Hotel Cancellation Premium Insurance (incl.
