Additional charge of 60 euros per day for each additional person.
Children 6 and under stay for free!
Including daily cleaning service without kitchen until 1.00 pm.
If the apartment is handed over in an exceptionally dirty condition on departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional final cleaning fee.

- Parking space in front of the house costs Euro 20,00 per day
On the day of arrival our apartments are available from 16:00.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your apartment by 10:00.
The tourist tax of €5.27 per person per night (for guests 14 years of age and older) is not included in the price but must be paid separately upon checkout.
Further information:
Dogs per day without food € 30,-.
Please understand that no compensation is possible in case of early departure.
Cancellation conditions:
Up to 3 months before arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus a processing fee of 100 euros.
From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
From 1 month before arrival, in the event of late arrival or early departure, the cancellation fee is 100%.
We recommend a travel cancellation insurance!
If something comes up despite all the vacation fun, it’s good to be prepared. To avoid costs and hassle in the event of cancellation or early departure, but also for more security during your vacation in Austria, we recommend taking out Hotel Cancellation Plus (incl. helicopter rescue) or the even more comprehensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance (incl. accident benefit package), which you can easily take out online here:
