What are the cancellation terms?

Up to three months before arrival,
we will refund the deposit minus an administration fee of 100 euros.

From three months to one month
before arrival, we charge 70 per cent of the holiday price.

From one month before arrival, in
the event of late arrival or early departure, the cancellation fee is 100 per
cent.

We reserve the right to cancel a
booking up to 24 hours after it is received without giving a reason.

 

We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

If, despite all the excitement of
your holiday, something comes up, it’s good to have made provisions. To avoid
costs and hassle in the event of cancellation or early departure, but also for
greater peace of mind during your holiday in Austria, we recommend taking out
‘Hotelstorno Plus’ (including helicopter rescue) or the even more comprehensive
‘Hotelstorno Premium’ insurance (including an accident cover package), which

Is there a lift/elevator in the building?

No, we do not have a lift/elevator.

All our apartments are accessible
via stairs.

 

Is there a bread roll delivery service?

On request, our local baker will
deliver fresh breakfast rolls to your door every day. We’ll bring these to your
apartment door daily by 8.00 am.

You can place your order easily
via an online link. You’ll find the link in your arrival email. Alternatively,
there’s also a QR code in the apartment.

 

When can I check in and by what time do I need to check out?

On the day of your arrival, your
apartment will be ready for you by 4.00 pm at the latest.

On the day of departure, we ask
that you vacate the flat by 10.00 am at the latest to allow the cleaning staff
to carry out their work.

 

What payment options are available?

You can settle your final bill in
cash, by instant bank transfer or by credit card before departure.

 

How is the final cleaning charged?

Final cleaning is included in the
price.

 

Can I book the flat with breakfast included?

No, we do not offer breakfast.
However, there is a fridge next to reception stocked with various breakfast
items (e.g. mountain cheese, natural yoghurt, butter, milk, eggs, jam, honey,
etc.).

 

Is there an indoor swimming pool?

No, we do not have an indoor
swimming pool on the premises.

However, on request, you can use
the indoor swimming pool and spa area at the Gasthof Post in Lech. The inn is a
5 to 8-minute walk away.

 

Are pets allowed?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your
pet. We charge 20 euros in summer and 30 euros per pet per day (a maximum of
two pets allowed); food is not included.

 

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in
all apartments.

 

What coffee machines are available in the apartments?

A Nespresso coffee machine is
provided in every apartment.

You’ll also find a wide range of
Nespresso capsules in the apartments.

 

What do I need to bring for my baby or toddler?

For our younger guests, we provide
the following baby and toddler equipment free of charge:

• Cots (travel cots)

• Safety rails

• Various high chairs

arrival which items you require.

 

Is it possible to park the car at the property on the day of arrival before collecting the keys to the apartment?

Yes, provided we still have free
parking spaces available. Please contact us in advance.

 

Can we leave our luggage at the property before the keys are handed over, or use a changing area?

Yes, you are welcome to leave your
luggage with us at the property before the keys are handed over. There is also
a changing area available.

 

Can we leave our luggage at the property on the day of departure and use the changing facilities and a shower before leaving?

Yes, you can leave your luggage at
the property on the day of departure. There are also facilities for showering
and changing.

 

Is there a charging point for electric cars?

Yes, there is a charging point for
your electric car in front of the building.

We charge €0.50 per kWh.

 

What parking facilities are available?

During your stay, you can use the
free parking spaces in the Anger underground car park. One parking space is
available per flat.

A parking space in front of the
building costs €20 per day or €10 in summer.

You may stop directly in front of
the building for a limited time to load or unload your vehicle.

 

How are the apartment prices calculated?

Our prices may vary depending on
availability and the season, and are adjusted daily to reflect demand. This
enables us to guarantee you the best possible deal at all times.

The prices quoted are per
apartment per night based on standard occupancy (subject to change). In
addition, there is a local tax of 5.09 euros per person per day for guests aged
14 and over (until 31 December 2026), or 5.27 euros (from 1 January 2027). The
statutory value added

 

Is smoking permitted?

No, all our holiday flats are
non-smoking, without exception.

 

What is the procedure for making a booking or cancellation?

Bookings and cancellations are
only valid if made in writing.

We ask you to pay a deposit of 50
per cent, which you can pay by bank transfer within 14 days of completing your
booking. You will receive the relevant bank details along with your booking
confirmation.

 

Is there a sauna?

Yes, each of our apartments has
its own private Finnish sauna. Extra sauna towels, spa slippers and cosy
bathrobes are provided for you in the apartment.

 

Is there a ski room?

Yes, our ski room has space for
skis and snowboards.

A boot dryer for ski boots and
snow boots is also available.

We have sledge and bobsleighs on
site and are happy to lend them to you free of charge.

 

Is there a laundry service?

Yes, you are very welcome to use
our laundry service for a fee of 35 euros per load.

 

How far is it from the house to the nearest ski lift?

You can strap on your skis right behind
the house and head down to the Schlosskopf lift. In the afternoon, you simply
have to walk up the short slope back to the house. For children, we offer a
daily shuttle to the children’s ski school in our Tuki.

 

What shopping facilities are there nearby?

The two supermarkets, Spar and
ADEG, are about an 8–10-minute walk away. The bakery is a five-minute walk from
the house. All are open during the season, including on Sundays and public
holidays. If you don’t have a car, I’d be happy to pick you up in the Tuki for
your first shopping trip.

 

Can we collect our ski passes and the Lech Card from your reception in the summer?

Yes, we’d be happy to print out
your ski passes and the Lech Card for you at our reception.

 

Do we have to take our rubbish home with us? Is there a recycling scheme?

We ask you to sort your rubbish
according to the instructions – for the sake of the environment.

We’ll be happy to dispose of the
properly sorted rubbish for you.

 

Is there toilet paper in the apartments?

Yes, toilet paper is provided and
will be replenished on request during the daily cleaning.

 

Are there dishwasher tablets in the apartments?

Yes, dishwasher tablets are
provided.

 

Is there washing-up liquid in the apartments?

Yes, washing-up liquid is
provided.

 

Is there kitchen roll in the apartments?
