Arrival and departure

Check-in on the day of arrival starting at 4:00 p.m. and check-out on the day of departure by 10:00 a.m.
In the event of a late arrival or early departure, the full apartment rate remains due.
Please understand that no refunds are possible in the event of an early departure.

Toboggan run

Great fun for young and old on the 1.2 km long, snow-covered and illuminated Zipfelbob run from Oberlech to Lech. Operation daily from 9.00 to 22.00. Three bobsleds are available free of charge from the hotel and they are also available for hire at the Oberlech cable car or in the sports stores.

Cancellation conditions

You may cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival (processing fee: 100 euros).
From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the total cost.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 80%.
For cancellations made within one week of arrival, we charge 100%.

Winter feeding for the big game

For all nature lovers, we offer a covered “ground seat” that allows observation of deer and doe during winter feeding from a safe distance. The ground seat is located in the Engerle Forest on the Zuger Road. The observation is possible in the twilight. See weekly program.
