Arrival and departure

Check in on the day of arrival from 16.00 and check out on the day of departure until 10.00. 
In case of late arrival or early departure, the apartment price remains due.
Please understand that in case of early departure no compensation is possible.

We try to take into account all wishes, but you know – nobody is perfect. Therefore, please come to us also with criticism.

The Fernsicht Alpen-Apartments do not have an elevator and are not barrier-free.

Toboggan run

Great fun for young and old on the 1.2 km long, snow-covered and illuminated Zipfelbob run from Oberlech to Lech. Operation daily from 9.00 to 22.00. Three bobsleds are available free of charge from the hotel and they are also available for hire at the Oberlech cable car or in the sports stores.

Cancellation conditions

You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the tour price.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 80%.
In case of cancellation within one week before arrival we charge 100%.

We recommend a travel cancellation insurance!
If something comes up despite all the vacation fun, it’s good to have provisions in place. Winter feeding for the big game

For all nature lovers, we offer a covered “ground seat” that allows observation of deer and doe during winter feeding from a safe distance. The ground seat is located in the Engerle Forest on the Zuger Road. The observation is possible in the twilight. See weekly program.
